What is Neighbourhood Management?The government introduced Neighbourhood Management as a way of improving public services across the country. Neighbourhood Management focuses on the way these services are delivered at a very local level, within individual neighbourhoods. Great Lever Neighbourhood Management PathfinderNeighbourhood Management brings extra resources to Great Lever. It aims to help communities work with those who provide services such as the Council, Police and Health, to improve their services at a local level. The Pathfinder in Great lever is managed by a board, which is made up of community representatives and service providers, and aims to tackle the quality of life issues in Great Lever. The most important goal is to increase the effectiveness of services, making them responsive to, and more closely in tune, with what local people say is needed for their community.
